The National Dance Coaches Association (NDCA) is a volunteer-run organization supporting dance team coaches at all levels, from middle school to college/university programs, as well as dance judges and other related dance professionals. The NDCA develops programs under their mission to educate, advocate, and inspire within the dance team industry. As a volunteer for the NDCA, the following projects help support the programming and outreach across credentialing programs, operations support, and the annual coaches conference event.
